Weather Docket — Refund Policy

We check that a weather reading exists for your requested station and date before you are charged — if no data is available, you will not be able to complete payment for that report.

If you believe you were charged in error, or a delivered report is significantly incomplete or incorrect due to a fault on our part, contact us at support@weatherdocket.com within 14 days of purchase with your report reference number, and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds simply because the recorded data was not what you expected or hoped to find — the report accurately reflects the historical record as published by Met Éireann.
